I have been at The District since December of 2018 and I have loved it so far. Location is obviously great. Amenities are almost unmatched, especially regarding the gym- It is far and above any other apartment gym you will find. There is also a very courteous and hard working staff working up front to improve everyone's experience despite the nearby construction.

Such a great place to stay! The staff are wonderful, very accommodating. The recent new pool furniture makes it very inviting to spend time at the pool. I just think it’s a really great place overall

This has been a great place to live and one of the best places I’ve lived!! Moving process was easy and they were very accommodating. The new pool area looks amazing and summer will be so fun here. Covered parking is also a huge plus in this heat. Very convenient to food shopping and bars what more do you need?!!

I have lived in about every newer luxury apartment in Scottsdale and this is BY FAR the nicest, cleanest and well managed.
